We are a traditional family law firm which has been serving the local community and beyond for over twenty years. During that time we have expanded our practice and our expert team of lawyers can offer specialist legal advice in a wide range of areas. Whether you are buying or selling your home; setting up a business; going through divorce or separation; a victim of domestic abuse; struggling with care proceedings in respect of your children; having problems at work; suffered an injury or accident or simply wanting to make a Will - we are here to help you. In the current economic climate we are acutely aware that the prospect of paying legal costs is daunting for all - except the very wealthy. As from 1st April 2013 the coalition government has slashed entitlement to legal aid drastically. It will only be available for family matters if domestic abuse (including emotional) or child abuse (including neglect) is involved.
