Best Solicitors was set up in 2001 by three like-minded solicitors, Donna Tilbrook, Vanessa Saxton and John Booth. The aim was to provide access to justice for everyone and bring a personal and professional legal service to the people of Sheffield. Today, the three partners remain the same and take great pride in leading such a committed, dynamic team.
Always striving to improve the quality of service, alongside the Head Office, Best opened Sheffield city centre’s first legal walk-in centre back in 2012. The idea was to bring law to the high street and offer a client-focused, friendly walk-in service. The success speaks for itself as the busy walk-in centre welcomes new clients and assists with a whole range of legal queries 6 days per week.

Conveyancing
Best Solicitors were one of the first firms of solicitors to successfully undergo a strict assessment and become part of The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). This is only open to members of the Law Society who meet demanding standards set by the scheme, and has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, Legal Ombudsman and the Association of British Insurers.
Divorce
We are here to help reduce the stress of the relationship breakdown and to guide you through this painful time as swiftly and painlessly as possible.
We will initially discuss possible reconciliation by recommending Relate or other similar organisations to try to help you save your marriage or relationship. Often this cannot be achieved and our family team will then be able to advise you as to the best way forward from that point.
