About the Business
We aim to offer excellent value for money through a combination of expertise, lower hourly charges than traditional High Street or City Centre Solicitors and an outcome focused approach. If you qualify for Legal Aid then there is no charge for the initial meeting. If not, we make a modest Fixed Charge for initial meetings which are for a full hour. We are always happy to have a short chat on the phone if you are thinking about making an appointment. We are are contracted with the Legal Aid Agency to provide Legal Aid for both Family Law and Family Mediation.
We attract clients from across Devon and Somerset including; Honiton, Exeter, Taunton, Sidmouth, Seaton, Cullompton, Axminster, Ottery St Mary, Tiverton, Cranbrook, Beer, Colyton, Exmouth and Clyst St Mary, Chard, Wellington and Uplyme. We are happy to assist clients who either live within, or are travelling into the South West. If you are further afield, you are welcome to give us a call and we will see if we can help.
