About the Business

At Immigration Advice Service, our values are what truly set us apart. Our specialist immigration lawyers and advisors have decades of experience in all areas of immigration law, and are specifically selected for their commitment to immigration and asylum work. In addition to being highly experienced, dedicated and passionate, many of our staff members have been through the process of immigrating to the UK themselves, either first hand or with family members and/or friends.

This has given them an unrivalled insight into the more personal side of the immigration process, which they are therefore able to see from both a human and a legal perspective. This enhanced understanding of what people are going through on the personal side, including of the impact of the process on people’s daily lives, means that the customer experience our clients receive from our advisors and lawyers is second to none.

The firm has grown consistently over the last few years. We are therefore large enough to provide a full range of immigration, asylum and citizenship services yet small enough to ensure that each client still enjoys the personal touch to our service. We conduct both private and publicly funded work and have been awarded the Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) for our Legal Aid work on immigration and asylum.

We have offices throughout the UK. Our services are therefore within easy reach, no matter your location. We believe that high quality, affordable, professional immigration advice should be accessible to all, so if you are not able to make it to one of our offices, we can provide helpful advice and guidance on the phone, or, if you are currently residing outside the UK, via Skype appointments.

Appeals & Judicial Review

If you have made an application to the UK Border Agency and it has been refused, you might be able to appeal that decision. Whilst it is not possible to appeal against every refusal, it may be possible to seek an administrative or judicial review of that decision. Judicial review is the procedure by which you can seek to challenge the decision, action or failure to act of a public body exercising a public law function.
