James is a criminal duty qualified and police station accredited solicitor based at The Law Chambers in Ashley Cross, Poole, Dorset and is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

James' practice focuses on criminal defence litigation, primarily private clients charged with motoring offences, but also publicly funded legal aid in relation to general crime. James has significant experience representing clients at the police station, Youth Court, Magistrates' Court and Crown Court.
