I'm currently paying monthly to rent a room in a property my landlord also resides in. My landlord has illegally evicted me with no notice citing breaches of the agreement. I dispute if anything I've done constitutes a breach but regardless, the agreement we signed states they have to give me no less than a month. What's my recourse here?
