About the Business
Nova Bradley qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has specialised, since then, in Family Law dealing in particular with financial matters and arrangements for children, following the breakdown of both married and cohabiting relationships.
In 2002 Nova set up her own firm in Chipping Norton specialising in Family Law. She was joined in 2005 by Geoffrey Saul and the firm then took on the name of Bradley Saul Solicitors and moved to its present location.
Nova has been a member of Resolution since 1990. She obtained accreditation status with Resolution in 2000 (cohabitation and financial settlements) and in 2008 she became a qualified collaborative lawyer with Resolution. In 1995 she completed mediation training with the Family Mediators Association.
