Chiltern Law was founded by experienced motoring and criminal solicitor Darren Rogers. Darren is known as a tenacious courtroom performer to whom clients are attracted for his overwhelming commitment to their cases. The quality of Darren's work is frequently remarked upon by others and we have a regular stream of referred work as a result.
In recent times we have achieved notable success in the defence of road traffic offences, Internet crime offences including those relating to the production, making and distribution of indecent images of children and historic sexual abuse. As part of our impressive record in the defence of motoring offences we have advanced duress, exceptional hardship and special reasons to prevent possible disqualification.
At Chiltern Law, we also represent people at the police station which we believe is often viewed, wrongly, as less important than other areas of criminal defence.
