Derbyshire Law Centre - aims to achieve equal access to justice for all sections of the community through provision of free legal services. Derbyshire Law Centre can offer free, confidential help, advice and representation to residents of Derbyshire in social welfare matters. Where a person cannot access a free legal casework service a charged for service may be available.
We cannot always take on a particular case, as we may not specialise in the type of law required, but we try to give advice on finding another agency or source of advice. This website has been made possible with funding from the Big Lottery Fund - Advice Services Transition Funding and the Cabinet Office, Office for Civil Liberties.
