Heyes Samuel Solicitors was established in 1995 as a small firm providing specialist advice. It prides itself on being a friendly firm but providing an efficient high quality service. Heyes Samuel provides a professional service and we are fully understanding of a client's needs. The firm's principal and owner is Mr Chris King (LLB Hons), Solicitor. We are able to offer public funding (legal aid) to clients in relation to all aspects of family, matrimonial and children law (subject to a client's financial eligibility). If a client is not eligible for legal aid, we undertake work on a private basis and the firm prides itself on the fact that our private client charging rate is one of the lowest on the Isle of Wight.
We do not offer services in relation to non-contentious matters, i.e. conveyancing or wills and probate. We also offer appointments outside of these opening if necessary (by prior arrangement).
