Only 4% of law firms have been given LEXCEL accreditation, so we are very proud of the achievement. We believe the LEXCEL quality mark acts as an assurance to clients that they will receive a service of the highest standard. Our members attend training to keep their specialist personal injury skills up-to-date. For over 20 years we have campaigned to improve the law for victims of injury. At Mulderrigs we have an established and successful profit-sharing scheme for personal injury referrals from other solicitors.
We make an immediate (non-refundable) payment of £250.00+vat when we agree to act in cases that are referred to us by other solicitors. At the end of successful cases (most of them!) we then top up the payment so that, overall, the referring solicitor receives 10% of our basic costs and any success fee. We have been LEXCEL accredited since 2002, and have genuine personal injury specialists on our team; Paul Mulderrig and Jo Smith are both members of the Law Society PI Panel.
