Paul Wilks was a solicitor between 1980 and 2010 changing his qualification from a solicitor to a Licensed Conveyancer in 2011. Paul is also a Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a Commissioner for Oaths.

Yvonne Stone is an experienced property and probate lawyer having for an extended period of some fifteen years worked for the Land Registry at Portsmouth before returning to private practice.

Paul Wilks License Number 018903 is licensed by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers to offer Conveyancing and Probate Services directly to the public pursuant to Section 15 (7)(a) and subject to full compliance with Section 21 Administration of Justice Act 1985 and is appointed a Commissioner for Oaths during the subsistence of this Licence. He is also permitted by the Council to undertake the preparation of Wills and administer the affairs of the elderly.
