I am purchasing a property and as the seller is using my regular representative, I am looking for another to avoid the conflict of interest. I am buying it with my own cash that is readily available. As this will result in a little less correspondence with any lender, I would like to have a quote on what the legal costs would be and any disbursements, at present I am not seeking to have any searches done.
