We are a 'results' driven Firm of Solicitors, being focused in achieving the best outcome for Clients. We are based in the North West of England, Preston and Blackburn area and we act for Clients from all parts of UK, although we have acted for Clients from Canada and Australia. We pride ourselves in putting the needs of our Clients at the forefront and providing them with a cost effective, professional service. John Eastham has a background in assisting the management of a successful, long standing family Construction Company, with practical experience of most commercial matters with a specialisation of Construction, as well as Employment and Personal Injury.
We are only too aware of the cash flow difficulties that arise when a third party simply refuses to pay for goods of services provided. As a result, wherever possible we like to work on a proactive basis, in either assisting Clients on the formation of contract terms, to try and reduce the risk of uncertainty.
