We are a family run practice of commercial and residential property solicitors based in Solihull in the West Midlands. We provide our services to clients around the Midlands and beyond, specialising in the provision of low cost conveyancing services to individual and business customers.
The company was formed in 1999 by Mr Stockton, a qualified Solicitor with over thirty years' experience who had previously worked as a partner in other conveyancing practices before deciding to start his own Conveyancing Firm. We are proud of our efficient and friendly service which helps our clients to manage the sale, purchase and re-mortgage of homes and business properties.
Each of our clients is assigned their own experienced Conveyancer, rather than a team and will receive a personal, efficient and friendly service.
