About the Business
Brooke Williams was established in 1995 by Valerie Walton Knowles as a specialist family law practice. It has since grown and has offices in York and Hull. We provide advice and representation in the following areas.
Our solicitors have a breadth of experience in all areas of family and matrimonial law, and is a member of Resolution ( formerly the Solicitors Association ). We offer a friendly, down to earth service seeking to maintain a personal and supportive approach. Valerie is also an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel representing parents and joined parties.
Our aim is to find the least acrimonious solution in a non-confrontational manner while representing your best interests. In many cases children may be involved and we consider their welfare to be paramount.
