As specialists we can advise parents who have children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and we can assist with admission and exclusion appeals. We also handle a large number of further and higher education cases, including representations to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA). Our practice has experts to deal with a number of aspects of community care including obtaining care assessments and Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans.
We regularly appear in the Court of Protection dealing with the welfare and property of adults lacking capacity under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
