Moyle E J

E J Moyle LLP has been practising law in the Littlehampton and Rustington areas for over 35 years. The firm was founded by Eric Moyle in 1971 and the current partners are Martin White, Tim Pitt, Mike Kemp and Nadine Byrnes.

We are specialists in landlord and tenant litigation with considerable experience in defending and bringing eviction proceedings, disrepair claims, unlawful eviction claims, and fighting for the rights of homeless people to receive assistance from their local council. We can act on a private-paying basis or, subject to financial eligibilty, under legal aid.
