About the Business
Richard gained his Law degree from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and he moved to the area to work initially in South Lakeland. He then became the resident partner with a practice in the West End of Morecambe before setting up on his own in 2000. In 2007 he amalgamated his practice with David Baines Solicitors. With a background as a sole practitioner Richard has a fund of experience in many areas of law but now specialises in Commercial Conveyancing, Family Matters, Wills and Probate, Estate planning and administration.
