We have a vast experience assisting persons charged with criminal offences. This can include Short Term Detention, Compulsory Treatment Orders, Restriction Orders, Hospital Direction Orders, Appeals. We will visit the patient at the hospital and can arrange Independent examinations and organise Legal Aid Cover. Social work disputes, Children's Hearing Referrals, Appeals to the Sheriff Court.
