The firm of Scott Alexander was established in November 1993 by the present partners John A Scott and Elizabeth M Alexander. John was previously a partner from 1978 in the long established Montrose firm of Campbell Middleton Burness and Dickson where Elizabeth also worked as a solicitor from 1987. John and Elizabeth are husband and wife and have also been joined by Elizabeth's daughter Kristin M Alexander who qualified as a solicitor in 2008 having graduated from Aberdeen University three years previously and is now an Associate of the firm. Ross trained with the firm and qualified in July 2014.
